Let's just summarise the Esteban Ocon Max Verstappen happen happen incident

A back marker is being lapped by the leader
Obviously you can unlap yourself
But at no moment should you put the leader in danger
And if you then drive into him which cost him the win

Then don't come up with shit like I've done that to others in the race because you were fighting for position with them which is something totally different

Don't come out with shit that he should have left you more room

Remember you are not fighting for position he is the leader

The first thing you should do after such is a brainless action is acknowledge that and apologise over the radio
The second thing you should do is apologise to him in person after the race
Ocon didn't do it instead he started to blame Verstappen for the accident
And then he started to laugh at him at the Weighbridge

Instead of being a guy showing balls and apologise he came out of this as a baby
And all sympathy that I've had for him for not finding a drive for next year has been lost
This incident also makes it clear why Force India is not keeping him but Sergio Perez instead

So all in all brainless actions by Ocon
Could Verstappen have avoided this accident? Obviously but no one will think that a backmarker will punt you out of the Lead by fighting for position with you even though they are lap behind
Moreover the Blueflags were being waved, which means that Ocon should let the leader through

The only other thing that has come out of the Brazilian Grand Prix is that there is only one racer in formula one who makes it exciting to watch. And it's not Ocon.

And as TTP wrote:
it is Ocon who has to mature, it is also Ocon who has to learn to apologize properly after a race when receiving a 10 second penalty, rather than grinning in the face of a guy he robbed from a beautiful victory. Ocon must really think he is something else to do all this. Max apologized to Ric after Hungary and to Vettel after China. Ocon is something else though. He can laugh at people he wrongs and spoils race wins for.

Jacques Villeneuve calls Ocon an embarrassment after Verstappen clash:

Jacques Villeneuve, the 1997 Formula 1 world champion, has called Esteban Ocon an "embarrassment" following his controversial Brazilian Grand Prix collision with Max Verstappen.

Ocon received a 10-second stop and go penalty for clashing with race leader Verstappen while trying to unlap himself, spinning the Red Bull and handing victory to Lewis Hamilton.

Villeneuve suggested it was proof Ocon lacks racecraft.

"Ocon is an embarrassment," Villeneuve told Autosport.

"That was ridiculous. And the worst bit is everyone has seen what happened, and on the radio not even a 'Sorry guys I was wrong.' It's good to accept you're wrong.

"You can unlap yourself, but do it properly, you're not allowed to put the leader at risk at all. You don't do something that loses time for the other driver, and is taking a risk.

"Overtaking on the straight and you're in front is fine. But that looked like it was a battle for the lead.

"But also it shows he has no racecraft, zero racecraft whatsoever.

"All the incidents in the last two years where maybe it's his fault, maybe it's not, you can kind of think that maybe he was in the wrong, because he hasn't read the race properly. And he never learns, because it's never his fault, ever."

Villeneuve said he had "100%" sympathy for Verstappen, who was given a 'public service' punishment for pushing Ocon in a post-race confrontation.

"I thought he was very restrained in his reaction. He didn't even punch him!" Villeneuve added.

"What do we want to see? We want to emotion, we want to see these gladiators. It was good to see that. And the other one is taller than him anyway!"

and according to Gary Anderson:

Ocon must learn respect or he'll waste his career

Esteban Ocon's clash with Max Verstappen in the Brazilian Grand Prix can't be taken in isolation. It's part of a pattern of incidents in his Formula 1 career that hints at a worrying trait

Who says Formula 1 is boring? The Brazilian Grand Prix was one of the best since the hybrid engine era started in 2014. The Red Bulls really made the show, and but for Esteban Ocon forgetting to put his brain in gear Max Verstappen would have won.

And I really do mean won. Not gifted the victory, but earned after a great drive from fifth on the grid, overtaking Sebastian Vettel, Kimi Raikkonen, Valtteri Bottas and Lewis Hamilton on track.

With Verstappen's team-mate Daniel Ricciardo coming from 11th to fourth, nipping at Raikkonen's heels for the podium in the last 10 laps, it proves there are conditions in which F1 cars can overtake.

The Verstappen/Ocon incident will be debated until the cows come home. But Verstappen was a lap ahead and Ocon was attempting to unlap himself. Verstappen was on the inside, with Ocon trying to go around the outside.

They touched wheels through Turn 2 and Verstappen spun away the lead. Yes, he should have left more room for Ocon, but remember he was a lap ahead.

Ocon was the one who could easily see everything that was going on and he was effectively in the same situation as a driver being lapped.

The Red Bull is seconds per lap faster than a Force India and the new-tyre advantage would soon fade, so what was he going to gain? The stewards were absolutely right to give a 10-second stop/go penalty.
